Our goal: to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across this website.
What we’ve done
- Semantic, well-structured headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate easily;
- Colour combinations checked to meet AA contrast minimums;
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on links, buttons and form fields;
- Labelled form fields;
- Text alternatives for meaningful images;
- A responsive layout that works on phones, tablets and desktops; and
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting: animations are switched off if you prefer.
Known limitations
We’re a new college and are still improving. Some current limitations we’re working on:
- Any downloadable documents we publish may not yet be fully accessible.
