Our website does not use analytics or advertising, and it sets no cookies of its own. It keeps one setting in your browser for the current tab only: that you closed the “Apply now” bar. Our website host, Netlify, automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that it can deliver and protect the site.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide information about our course;
- Process and assess applications and manage enrolment;
- Communicate with you about intakes and updates you’ve asked for; and
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a higher education provider.
If you no longer want to hear from us about intakes and updates, reply to any of our emails or contact us using the details below, and we’ll stop.
Disclosure and third parties
Enquiries submitted through our website forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which stores your submission and sends it to us by email. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers who help us operate, or where required or authorised by law.
The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps. It loads only when you choose “Show the map” on that page. Google then receives your IP address and browser details, and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Formspree, Google and Netlify are based in the United States, so information handled by them is likely to be stored or processed in the United States.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and we keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
